How to use this venue guide
Major venues
If you have a major conference, event or meeting and want to see venues throughout the UK and Ireland - type the number of delegates in the 'delegate box' and click on search. This will return venues by county and then town.
Hotel Group Venues
To search for a particular hotel group use the drop-down box to list the majority of hotel groups in the UK and Ireland.
Local venues
Alternatively, you can search by property name, city, town or postcode. Using the postcode search is ideal if you are looking for hotels and venues close to a known address.
Browsing for venues
If you are looking for that special venue, browse using the country buttons. This will take you to county then town. All establishments within a 20-mile radius of each town will be displayed. The 'List of Cities' link takes you to a complete list of cities in the UK and Ireland. Choose your city and review the comprehensive display of hotels and venues.
Creating a shortlist
As you view the lists of venues displayed by the processes above, simply click the "add to shortlist" icon  to add the required venue(s). The icon will change to  . To remove a venue from the shortlist, click the icon again. The shortlist of selected venues can be viewed at any time by clicking the link on the left.
The add/remove process can also be used when viewing individual venues.
Making a booking enquiry
To make a booking enquiry, click the link at the bottom of the venue search result page or on an individual venue popup window. The enquiry form will be displayed. If you have shortlisted multiple venues, they can be prioritised or excluded from the enquiry. Complete as much of the form as possible and click the submit button at the bottom. The completed form will be submitted and a copy will be sent to you for your reference.
